Category: Baby > Breast pump. Updated 2026-10-08. Based on 165 counted first-hand reports from Target shopper reviews, Jan 2014 to Oct 2026.

**Question:** Which breast pump has a battery that lasts?

**Short answer:** Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump has the best record for battery life: 8 of 9 parents said one charge lasted, though that rests on a small group. It is the one pump here with a good record. The other four drew more short-battery reports than good ones, and Elvie Electric Breast Pump has the weakest record here (4 of 18). Manual pumps need no charging, so they are not ranked here, and parents often write about a battery when it fails, so read the shares as a guide.

**What stands out:** Stopped working comes up on every pump here, including the leader, at 13% of Momcozy Air reviews, 37% of Momcozy Double S9 Pro Wearable Pump reviews and 41% of Willow Go reviews.

## Ranking (parents who said whether it worked)

| Rank | Product | Battery lasts | Share | Amazon |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump | 8 of 9 | 89% | yes |
| 2 | Momcozy Double S9 Pro Wearable Pump | 6 of 13 | 46% | no |
| 3 | Momcozy M5 Hands-Free Breast Pump | 4 of 9 | 44% | no |
| 4 | Willow Go Wearable Breast Pump | 4 of 15 | 27% | no |
| 5 | Elvie Electric Breast Pump | 4 of 18 | 22% | no |

Ranked by the lower bound of a 90% Wilson confidence interval, so a product needs a high share and enough reports to rank high. An Amazon link is shown only when at least 60% say it works.

## Questions

**Which breast pump has a battery that lasts?**

Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump has the best record (8 of 9), but that rests on a small group of parents. The other four drew more short-battery reports than good ones, from 6 of 13 for Momcozy Double S9 Pro Wearable Pump down to 4 of 18 for Elvie Electric Breast Pump.

**Do manual breast pumps have battery life?**

Manual pumps need no charging, so this page does not rank them. Every pump ranked here runs on a charge, and the ranking rests on whether parents said one charge lasted several sessions or a full day.

**Do other Momcozy pumps match the Momcozy Air battery record?**

Not in these reviews. Momcozy Double S9 Pro Wearable Pump sits at 6 of 13 and Momcozy M5 Hands-Free Breast Pump at 4 of 9, with more short-battery reports than good ones for both.

**Who can answer pain or supply questions about pumping?**

Follow the manual for charging and use. For pain or supply questions, ask a lactation consultant or doctor. Battery reviews can't answer those.
