**Question:** Which breast pump is quiet enough to use discreetly?

**Short answer:** Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump has the best record for quiet pumping: 15 of 18 parents said it was quiet enough to use discreetly, though that rests on a small group. Elvie Electric Breast Pump comes next at 17 of 22 and more reviewers weighed in on it than on any other pump here, while Evenflo Advanced Double Electric Breast Pump has the weakest record here at 7 of 13. Parents often write about noise when it bothers them, so treat these shares as a guide, not a promise.

**What stands out:** For the two leaders, portable comes up as often as quiet or more: 67% of Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump reviews and 45% of Elvie Electric Breast Pump reviews call it portable. Even so, 15% of Elvie Electric Breast Pump reviews call it loud.

## Ranking (parents who said whether it worked)

| Rank | Product | Quiet | Share | Amazon |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Momcozy Air Electric Breast Pump | 15 of 18 | 83% | yes |
| 2 | Elvie Electric Breast Pump | 17 of 22 | 77% | yes |
| 3 | Evenflo Advanced Double Electric Breast Pump | 7 of 13 | 54% | no |

Ranked by the lower bound of a 90% Wilson confidence interval, so a product needs a high share and enough reports to rank high. An Amazon link is shown only when at least 60% say it works.
