Source: HiveTried, https://hivetried.com/home/tumbler/fits-cup-holder/
Category: Home > Tumbler and travel mug. Updated 2026-10-08. Based on 77 counted first-hand reports from Target shopper reviews, Jun 2020 to Aug 2026.

**Question:** Which tumbler fits in a car cup holder?

**Short answer:** Owala Stainless Steel Tumbler leads this page, with 38 of 38 reviewers saying it fit their cup holder. Simple Modern Classic Tumbler (20 of 20) and Ello Jones Travel Mug (15 of 15) have the same clean record, so the gaps between the three are small. Shoppers mostly mention cup holders when the fit works or fails for their own car, so your car still decides.

**What stands out:** Fit is rarely where these tumblers lose reviewers. The complaints that do show up are about other things, like dents or paint chips (12% of Owala reviews) and leaks (8% of Owala and 9% of Simple Modern reviews).

## Ranking (shoppers who said whether it worked)

| Rank | Product | Fits | Share | Amazon |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Owala Stainless Steel Tumbler | 38 of 38 | 100% | yes |
| 2 | Simple Modern Classic Tumbler | 20 of 20 | 100% | yes |
| 3 | Ello Jones Travel Mug | 15 of 15 | 100% | yes |

Ranked by the lower bound of a 90% Wilson confidence interval, so a product needs a high share and enough reports to rank high. An Amazon link is shown only when at least 60% say it works.
