Where these numbers come from

The 7 products ranked here carry 111,517 reviews at Target. We read the newest reviews of each product (up to a thousand per listing), kept the ones that talk about rashes, and counted up to 40 per product, posted between Feb 2024 and Oct 2026.

A review counts only when the reviewer used the product themselves. We drop reviews written in exchange for a free product or a sweepstakes entry (11 on this page), and products that are no longer sold.

Target also shows reviews first posted on brands' own websites. We show them on product cards but never count them, because brand-site reviews run more positive than store reviews of the same products.

Because we searched for the problem, people who had it are overrepresented. Compare products with each other rather than reading a share as your own odds.

We count what parents report. Nothing here is medical or safety advice: for a sick baby, call your pediatrician, and for car seats, a certified child passenger safety technician can check the install.

Amazon buttons appear only on products that most parents here say fix the problem (at least 60%, with enough reviews to trust it). Everything else gets no buy link.

An AI model labels each review against a fixed list of points, and we spot-check the labels before publishing. We publish counts, never the reviews themselves.

Questions buyers ask

Which diapers are good for sensitive skin?

Bumbum Disposable Diapers has the best record (32 of 39), followed by Pampers Swaddlers (25 of 34) and The Honest Company Clean Conscious Diapers (23 of 34). The best pick sold on Amazon is Pampers Swaddlers.

Do reviewers report rashes with Pampers?

It depends on the line. 23% of Pampers Swaddlers reviews mention rashes or redness, compared with 42% of Pampers Baby Dry reviews and 44% of Pampers Diapers reviews.

Is Huggies Little Movers good for sensitive skin?

Reviewers were split, and it has the weakest record here at 19 of 39. 50% of its reviews mention rashes or redness.

What should I do if my baby gets a rash in any diaper?

Call your pediatrician if the rash is severe, lasts more than a few days or comes with fever. A diaper that works for one baby may not work for another, so reviews can show what other parents saw, not why your baby's skin is irritated.

HiveTried earns a commission when you buy through "Check price on Amazon" buttons. It never changes the ranking: the order comes from buyer reports only, and a product gets an Amazon button only when buyers here say it works.
