  2. Saie Dew Blush 14 said either way

Where these numbers come from

The 6 products ranked here carry 29,036 reviews at Ulta and Sephora. We searched them for skin reactions and read the newest matching reviews, up to 40 per product and store, posted between Dec 2009 and Sep 2026.

A review counts only when the reviewer used the product themselves. We drop reviews written in exchange for a free product or a sweepstakes entry (0 on this page), and products that are no longer sold.

Ulta also shows reviews first posted on brands' own websites. They run much more positive than store reviews of the same products (across 19 products with both, 76% of brand-site reviewers said the product solved the problem, against 55% of Ulta shoppers), so we show them on product cards but never count them.

Because we searched for the problem, people who had it are overrepresented. Compare products with each other rather than reading a share as your own odds.

Skin type, skin tone and age splits use what reviewers chose on Sephora's review form (and age on Ulta's when given). We only show a split when enough reviewers fall on each side.

Amazon buttons appear only on products that most reviewers here say fix the problem (at least 60%, with enough reviews to trust it). Everything else gets no buy link.

An AI model labels each review against a fixed list of points, and we spot-check the labels before publishing. We publish counts, never the reviews themselves.

Questions buyers ask

Which blush works for sensitive skin?

bareMinerals Blush has the best record (22 of 22), followed by Saie Dew Blush (14 of 14) and Clinique Cheek Pop Blush (12 of 12). None of those three had a miss, so their order follows how many shoppers stated a result. Every record on this page rests on a modest group, so treat small gaps with caution.

How do I try a new blush if my skin is sensitive?

Skin reacts differently, so patch test a new blush first. Put a little on a small area, such as along your jaw, and wait a day before using it on your cheeks. Stop using anything that stings, itches or turns red, and if a reaction burns, swells or doesn't settle, ask a dermatologist. The records here are what other shoppers with sensitive skin reported, not a promise for your skin.

Does Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush work for sensitive skin?

It did well: 18 of 19 shoppers with sensitive skin said it did not irritate or break them out. That puts it just under the three blushes with perfect records, even though more shoppers stated a result for it than for Clinique Cheek Pop Blush (19 against 12).

Which of these blushes are sold on Amazon?

Clinique Cheek Pop Blush and Tower 28 BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blush are sold on Amazon by the brand or Amazon itself, and so is the leader, bareMinerals Blush, which is also the best pick sold on Amazon. Saie Dew Blush, Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush and Benefit Benetint Cheek Stain are sold there through third-party sellers, so check who the seller is.

HiveTried earns a commission when you buy through the "See price & reviews on Amazon" buttons. It never changes the ranking: the order comes from buyer reports only, and a product gets an Amazon button only when buyers here say it works.
