tarte Shape Tape and Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer both have perfect records for covering dark circles: 25 of 25 and 23 of 23 buyers said they cover. The catch with both is dryness, which matters if you also care about creasing.
Updated . How we count
Share of buyers who stated an outcome for covering dark circles. Ranked by the lower bound of a 90% confidence interval, so a product needs both a good share and enough reports to rank high.
Praise and complaints are the points buyers repeat most, shown as a share of each product's first-hand reports.

We scanned 25,211 comments and found first-hand reports in 220 public threads on r/Sephora, r/MakeupAddiction, r/Makeup, r/drugstoreMUA, r/muacjdiscussion and r/beauty, posted between Jan 2022 and Sep 2026.
A report counts only when the commenter says they used the product themselves. Recommendations repeated from someone else, questions and jokes are left out. One person counts once per product.
An AI model labels each report against a fixed list of points, and we review the labels before publishing. We publish counts and links to the threads, never the comments themselves.
tarte Shape Tape (25 of 25) and Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer (23 of 23) have the best records in the threads we counted.
e.l.f. Hydrating Camo Concealer: 9 of 10 buyers who mentioned their dark circles said it covered them.
In our data, often. The two best for coverage here collect more creasing and dryness complaints than the leaders on our no-crease ranking.
HiveTried earns a commission when you buy through "Check price on Amazon" buttons. It never changes the ranking: the order comes from buyer reports only, and a product gets an Amazon button only when buyers here say it works.
